If you are alloted to any branch in the 3rd allotment you should attend the counseling and ensure your seat.
Then if there are any vacant seats in the higher options you have given you will be automatically upgraded
So you dont have to attend the real time or spots.
You can view your status online

yes you can still attend the real time allotments and then that would be online and you would be upgraded automatically to your higher branch options so then you will not have to worry for your upgradation you can check that real time allotment online
